The US business news channel CNBC reports that phrase "Don't Say We Didn't Warn You has only been used twice in the history of the People's Daily, in 1962 before China's war with India and in 1979 just before the outbreak of war with Vietnam. But many think instead of military action, this time China appears to be talking about the growing possibility of them blocking shipments of rare earth material to the United States.
