He is best known for his legendary delivery skills, but imposturous Santa Claus lookalikes are everywhere this time of year. They are hard to miss at malls and on TV specials, but thousands of them took the streets of the Spanish capital for a good cause Sunday raising money for cancer care. Arash Arabasadi reports.
