Hundreds of people jumped into water that was around 4-degrees (Celsius) in the Czech Republic’s longest river on Tuesday. It’s an annual tradition started by a goldsmith in the 1920s known for his so-called "Spartan" way of life embracing cold showers and winter swims to beat the elements. Arash Arabasadi reports.
