Young Leaders Honored for Innovative Initiatives

Ten young people from across the globe are being recognized for their innovative contributions to their communities. The U.S. State Department says the Emerging Young Leaders Awards and Exchange Program "recognizes youth from around the world for their efforts to create positive social change."
