White House Official: 'Absolutely' Reducing Funding to UN, Foreign Aid

Mick Mulvaney, President Donald Trump's budget director, said the reallocation of funds "should surprise no one." Trump campaigned to put "America first," and that is what the budget does, Mulvaney said, by cutting foreign aid, defunding climate initiatives, and making big investments int the military and national security apparatus.
