Transparency International, one of the world's biggest anti-corruption and better governance groups, has recently chosen a new Chairman, Peruvian Jose Ugaz. In this interview with VOA's Jeffrey Young, Mr. Ugaz outlines the problems posed by corruption in the world's "hot spots" and how he and Transparency International are working with countries to limit corruption.
