With just one week to go before the New York presidential primary, Republican Ted Cruz is learning first-hand the meaning of New York City's "values." The Texas senator appears to have hurt his campaign's chances for victory next Tuesday with a put-down directed at Republican front-runner Donald Trump earlier this year that insulted an entire city.
