Suicide Bomber Kills 11 at Northern Iraq Funeral

BAGHDAD —  A suicide bomber killed 11 people and wounded 20 at a funeral in northern Iraq on Tuesday, police said.

The attack took place in Baquba, 65 km (40 miles) northeast of the Iraqi capital Baghdad.
