IS Guns Down Fleeing Families as Iraqi Forces Close In on Mosul Capture

Families in the Iraqi city of Mosul say they are being gunned down by Islamic State militants as they flee, while Iraqi forces push into the last few IS-controlled neighborhoods, all still packed with civilians. VOA's Heather Murdock is on the scene in Mosul.
