Islamic State Cuts Water in Parts of Iraq-Controlled Mosul

In parts of Mosul now controlled by the Iraqi Army, families say Islamic State still fires mortars into their neighborhoods and has cut the water. VOA’s Heather Murdock is on the scene in Mosul.
