Navy Veteran Arrested In New York Crash Was Likely Intoxicated

Authorities in New York say a deadly car crash Thursday in the city's iconic Times Square could not be linked to terrorism. A suspect who was arrested for slamming into a crowd of pedestrians was likely intoxicated. Witnesses were rattled by the incident, but still went on with their business as usual.
