For people who have removed all animal products from their diets, making sure they're not wearing anything made from an animal, like leather shoes, seems like a natural progression. In Los Angeles, vegan fashion is a thing now, and retailers are doing their best to meet growing demand for cruelty-free clothing and footwear. One designer in California devoted quite a bit of time and energy to creating sneakers that are not only made from recycled materials but are fully recyclable themselves.
