Displaced Raqqa Civilians Camp on Roadsides

Thousands of civilians have set up tents on roadsides in northern Syria where refugee camps are overflowing with people fleeing Islamic State’s (IS) de facto capital Raqqa ahead of a U.S.-backed offensive. VOA’s Zana Omar reports.
