Biden to Nominate Black Woman to Supreme Court

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer announced his retirement Thursday, providing President Joe Biden an opportunity to fill his seat. Biden pledged to keep his campaign promise and nominate an African American woman to replace Breyer. White House Bureau Chief Patsy Widakuswara has this report.
