Belgium Remains on Highest Alert Monday

Belgium remains on the highest terror alert as the work week starts, with officials describing the threat as "serious and imminent." One suspect in the November 13 Paris attacks was last seen crossing into Belgium, prompting the government to close much of the capital, Brussels, over the weekend. Officials announced Sunday that schools and universities in the city as well as the subway will remain shut down Monday because of the possibility of Paris-like attacks. Zlatica Hoke has more.
