For decades, India has seen a one-way migration from the countryside into towns for jobs as farmers battle water shortages, degraded soils, low crop prices and the effects of climate change. But reversing the tide, some people are returning to family farms hoping to introduce modern techniques to address these challenges and boost agricultural incomes. Anjana Pasricha met some of the new age farmers at a center run in collaboration with the Indian and Israeli governments.
