US to Continue Human Rights Efforts Outside the United Nations

The United States has withdrawn from the United Nations Human Rights Council, saying the organization has failed to achieve its stated goals. When making the announcement Tuesday, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley accused the Council of political bias. VOA's Zlatica Hoke has more.
