Drug Court Judge Throws Lifeline To Those Addicted to Opioids

Drug courts across the United States are dealing with a prescription opioid and heroin epidemic. Estimates suggests 2.5 million people are addicted to opiods. The cirsis comes as communities try to divert criminals with addictions away from prison and into highly structured drug treatment programs.
