Clinton: Opted to Use Personal E-mail Account 'For Convenience'

Former U.S. secretary of state Hillary Clinton says while in office she used her private e-mail account for official business because it was practical and she did not think it was illegal. Other secretaries of states before her also have sent correspondence from their private accounts, but U.S. State Department recommendations have changed since then. Zlatica Hoke reports.
