Washington’s Cherry Blossoms Showcase Breathtaking Display

Instead of flowers on the first day of spring on March 20, Washington got slammed with another snowstorm. Chilly temperatures held back the city’s famous cherry blossoms from showing all their glory. VOA's Debbie Block reports the trees now are in full bloom, though, providing a show that’s better than ever this year at the Tidal Basin, home to some of Washington’s famous monuments.
