Bomb Kills 11 Near Northern Iraq Mosque

A bomb has exploded near a Sunni mosque in northern Iraq, killing at least 11 people. The blast occurred on Tuesday in Kirkuk as worshippers were leaving after morning prayers marking the major Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha.
