Instead of Jail, Teen Offenders Get a Fresh Start

Teens who get in trouble with the law - fighting, stealing, doing drugs - may be expelled from school or even end up in jail. Helping these teens change their path in life is a challenge, but it is not impossible. Over the course of less than a year, a program in the Washington DC area takes young men referred by the courts or social workers, and gives them that Fresh Start. Faiza Elmasry reports.
