After swearing his allegiance to the Constitution in a ceremony at the US Capitol Friday, Trump delivered a 16-minute address stressing his campaign theme - "make America great again." The 70-year-old president, holding elective office for the first time in his life, told a crowd of several hundred thousand people at the National Mall that his administration will transfer power away from Washington and return it to the American people.
President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, along with their wives, are taking part in an inaugural parade that will take them from the Capitol building to the White House. Once Trump arrives at the White House, he will watch the rest of the parade from from a reviewing stand.
