Official inaugural events kicked off for President-elect Donald Trump in Washington D.C. on Thursday. The president-elect participated in a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery, followed by a concert on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and an evening dinner with campaign donors.
