A 6.1 magnitude earthquake has struck Indonesia's Aceh province on the northern tip of Sumatra island. The U.S. Geological Survey said two aftershocks of magnitudes 5.2 and 5.3 shook the area six to eight hours after the initial tremor. Rescue workers were searching for an unknown number of people trapped under rubble.
