LIVE BLOG: Obama, Kaine, Biden Make the Case for Hillary Clinton as President

update

The theme for the third day of the Democratic National Convention is "Working Together." Previous speakers included Vice President Joe Biden and Michael Bloomberg.

Reid mentions assault-rifle bans and gun controls, which draws loud cheers.

Find transcripts of all the speeches on the DNC website.

Reid, who is retiring, is now mentioning senators by name who will continue to lead the Democratic Party, including vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine.

Reid leaves as the crowd chants "Harry!"

Definitely one of the biggest cheers from the crowd all night...until California Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom walks out.
