In Final Debate, Clinton, Trump Tangle Over Immigration, Fitness for Presidency

update

The final debate between presidential candidates Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump took place after a particularly heated period in the 2016 campaign, with sexual assault allegations against Trump and the steady drip of hacked emails from the Clinton campaign.

Before talking about his economic plan, Donald Trump says Hillary Clinton will raise "massive" tax increases.

He brings up his comments about NATO, that if he were elected president, the U.S. would not necessarily come to the aid of other alliance members if they had not paid up their dues to NATO.

He then switches to his ability to negotiate deals and suggests there will be more free trade in his administration.

The question is now the U.S. economy.

Hillary Clinton pushes her campaign stance on the economy: create new jobs, encourage clean energy, raise national minimum wage, equal pay for women, more technical educations in high schools and colleges, debt-free college.

The discussion has gone away from the topic of immigration. Hillary Clinton says Donald Trump is ignoring U.S. intelligence community that says Russia is behind recent hackings of Democratic email servers.

Trump at first denies it, saying it could be Russia or China or anyone else, but moderator Chris Wallace corrects him.

Wallace then asks Trump to condemn the interference from Russia or anyone else on the election, and Trump says he doesn't know Putin, but of course he condemns the action.
