In response to the immigration question, Hillary Clinton begins by saying she has met a young woman who is an illegal immigrant. She says we are a nation of laws and a nation of immigrants and should act accordingly. She says, if elected, in her first 100 days she would announce a plan for a path to citizenship.
Moderator Chris Wallace next asks about immigration.
Donald Trump accuses Hillary Clinton of wanting to give amnesty to illegal immigrants. He also raises the issue wanting to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.
Moderator next asks both candidates about Roe v. Wade, the constitutional right for a woman to have an abortion.
Clinton says the Supreme Court will also be important as state laws restrict abortion rights.
Trump says Roe v. Wade would be overturned if he becomes president and appoints several justices to the Supreme Court.
