In Exarchia, a neighborhood in Athens, Greece, known for its anarchist community, many refugees have found shelter and support. But amid these squatters, the newly opened volunteer-run Khora community center is treading a legal path -- and trying to offer a longer-term vision of supporting those trapped by borders unlikely to open any time soon.
